Here are our most frequently asked questions…

Do I need a reservation?

Yes. Please make a booking online. Or call us 813.236.9202 or contact us via the contact form online. Highly advised not to just show up at our door without a reservation.

How much?

Please see our pricing page for details.

Age restriction?

We highly recommend 10 & Up to play Shadows or Secrets. Any participants 13 & Under will require a paying and playing Adult(s). One adult per every three kids. They WILL need adult assistance and supervision.

For Alice’s Tee Time & Magic Portal we recommend 7 & Up. For Operation Mindfall, we recommend 12 & up.

If there are kids in your group (12 & under), a PRIVATE game is encouraged.

How many people can I bring?

For Shadows/Secrets games are best played with 4-6 players, but can be played with 2-8 players. Larger groups can play side-by-side games with advance notice.

For Alice, it’s 3 per team. If you have more than 3, we can still accommodate, the teams will be split into smaller groups at the beginning and re-joined with everyone after completing the first hole.

For the outdoor games, we can accommodate up to 50 participants at one time.

Can we play Secrets (part 2) if some of our group hasn’t played part 1?

Yes.

Can we play a Private Game?

Yes, but we do not allow private parties of 2 on Saturdays. If you book a shared slot, there is the possibility you could be paired with strangers. An extra fee is applied if you do not want to play with strangers.

Do you have Group Rates? Are you on Group*n?

We have group rates for parties more than 10. Contact us for details.

You will not find us on Group*n. We do occasionally offer special deals via email and social media.

Is this dark/scary/safe?

We are not a haunted house, no one is chasing you. We do NOT lock you in- you can leave the game at any time. There is dim lighting- we provide flashlights but bring your reading glasses. We have had many claustrophobic players play our games without any problems.

What if I need to cancel?

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you must cancel, please do so two days prior to your scheduled event for full refund. We do not offer refunds for no-shows or participants who have bailed on your team last minute. If you need to reschedule your booking, we’d be happy to do so.
